Our Story
Why We Started ABZB Luxury
ABZB Luxury was started with one clear goal: to bring more honesty and professionalism to luxury real estate. Our founder spent 30+ years in sales and marketing, including more than 10 years across the premium property market, and saw how often buyers and sellers struggled with incomplete information, unclear pricing, and poor follow-through
We built ABZB Luxury to change that. Today we help clients find, buy, sell, and lease premium property with full transparency, from the first conversation to the day the keys are handed over. We are starting in Mumbai, with plans to serve clients beyond India in the near future.

ABZB Luxury is led by Tejas Mankodi, with over 30 years of experience in Sales & Marketing and more than 10 years in Real Estate, with expertise across South Mumbai’s luxury property market.
Having worked with Sunteck Realty, JLL, ANAROCK, CBRE and Shree Naman Group, he has advised HNI and Ultra-HNI clients on premium properties from leading developers including Oberoi Realty, Lodha Group, K. Raheja Corp and Piramal Realty.
His clientele has included the Ajanta Pharma family, Dr. Ramakant Panda, Mr. Manish Gandhi, Mr. Kishan Poddar and Ms. Devita Saraf, among other prominent HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
